  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • 1 banana (frozen)

Procedure:

Banana and Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of mixed berries (frozen)
  • 1 frozen ripe banana
  • ½ cup of low-fat yogurt
  • ¼ cup of fresh orange juice

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (powdered)
  • Ginger (small pieces- 1 inch)
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 tsp honey

Procedure:

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana (sliced)
  • 1 apple (medium)
  • ⅓  cup of plain greek yogurt
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed powder
  • ½ cup of granola
  • Ice cubes

Procedure:
